Made here every day

What's on the menu?

Our rice dishes are always on the menu, made with quality ingredients: DO Valencia Albufera rice, DO La Mancha saffron, and stocks made in-house. Before the rice: cold and hot tapas, Spanish omelettes, and sourdough bread baked on site. A short menu, on purpose — every dish earns its place.

Two ways to come

Who's the restaurant for?

The restaurant is your best option if you want to come straight in to eat: couples, friends, visitors and small groups after a proper rice meal in Barcelona, no extra ceremony. If you're after something more hands-on — cooking your own paella, guided step by step — the paella cooking class is the one.
